A Vision Rooted in UAE's Soil
Yad Al Ma — يد الماء, Arabic for Watering Hands — was founded in 2014 with a singular conviction: that even in the UAE's demanding desert climate, extraordinary gardens are not only possible, they are essential to quality of life.
Our founder, Ahmed Al Rashdi, began his journey as a horticultural apprentice in the lush agricultural valleys of northern Oman, before relocating to Dubai to bring that knowledge to the UAE's rapidly expanding residential and commercial landscape sector. With a small team of four skilled gardeners and one van, Yad Al Ma took on its first villa garden project in Jumeirah in 2014.
A decade later, we employ over 50 certified landscape professionals, operate across all seven UAE emirates, and have delivered more than 1,500 landscape projects — from intimate apartment terraces to multi-hectare resort grounds. Our commitment has never changed: bringing nature's finest to every client's doorstep, one carefully placed plant at a time.
The name يد الماء carries deep meaning. Water is the source of all life, and hands represent skilled, purposeful care. Together, they define our philosophy — that every drop of effort and resource we invest must grow something beautiful, lasting, and meaningful for our clients.
